Where do you ship?

We now ship internationally to USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, & Guatemala.
We are based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan and can also ship domestically.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal and Shop Pay. You will be able to select your currency of choice at check out on Paypal.

What are your shipping options?

For Canada, Australia, & Mexico:
We ship via Japan Post, ensuring the most reasonable shipping rates. 
Orders 0 - 3499 yen - 1500 yen flat rate 
Orders 3500 yen - 6999 yen - 1000 yen flat rate
Orders 7000 yen and up - Free Shipping

For the USA:
We ship flat rate via Japan Post. Duties are prepaid by us, so you will not owe anything additional!
Orders 0 - 3499 yen - 1500 yen flat rate 
Orders 3500 yen - 6999 yen - 1000 yen flat rate
Orders 7000 yen and up - Free Shipping
We also can ship Yamato via UPS for a flat rate of 3700yen, but duties will be paid by you on arrival.

For Guatemala: Yamato via UPS for a flat rate of 3700yen.
For Domestic within Japan: Japan Post flat rate of 400yen.

We hope to offer more regions including Europe & the UK very soon. 


How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. However, there may be additional delays depending on customs and your final delivery carrier.

Will there be extra fees upon delivery?

For the USA:
If you select Japan Post, there will be no additional fees or duties! We prepay the fees, so you only pay the flat rate shipping (or, enjoy free shipping).

If you select Yamato, packages may have additional fees upon delivery due because of the removal of the de minimis allowance. We recommend checking the UPS tracking link often--there is often a discount for paying prior to delivery. In our experience, there is often a flat fee (~$12) and then a percent based on the country of origin/category of your items (normally ~10%). Charges may vary based on the current tariff situation.

For other countries:
Customers are responsible for any additional fees due from customs upon delivery. Please reach out to your local carrier if you'd like more specific information.
