We're based in Sapporo, Hokkaido so we can visit any local store to check for your request.

Please note, items such as those including batteries, certain cosmetics, etc may have shipping exclusions depending on your country.

Can I include items from your website?
Yes! Our in stock site items can be combined with a concierge order with no additional fee.

How do I submit my request?
Please submit our form here and we'll be in touch!

What are your fees?
We charge 35% for items purchased successfully. 
Item cost, our fee, and shipping is due within 48 hours of shopping completion.

How does shipping work?
For Australia, Canada, & Mexico, we ship Japan Post. Rates generally start from 880 yen and are based on size and weight.

For USA, we offer Japan Post and Yamato.
For Japan Post, shipping and duties are charged at cost. Duties are normally around 10% of item value. We will arrange for the duties to be finalized and prepaid at the time of shipping.
For Yamato, rates begin at 3700 yen and is based on size. Duties will be paid by you on the UPS website when it arrives.

We can provide quotes for other services upon request. Once your shopping is completed, we'll package your items and send your invoice for payment.

Where do you ship?
We are now accepting orders shipping to the USA, Australia, Canada and Mexico!
If you are shipping to other regions, please reach out so we can confirm if shipping is available to you.

Will there be additional VAT or duty due?
Japan Post shipments to USA will have duties prepaid, so no additional fees will be due on arrival.

Depending on your method of shipping and country, there may be additional fees on delivery.
