Where do you ship?

We now ship internationally to USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, & Guatemala.
We are based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan and can also ship domestically.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal. You will be able to select your currency of choice at check out on Paypal.

What are your shipping options?

For Canada, Australia, Mexico and domestic Japan orders:
We ship via Japan Post, ensuring the most reasonable shipping rates. You can see flat rate pricing for shipping at check out.

For the USA & Guatemala:
Due to the current Japan Post shipping suspension, we currently ship via Yamato Ta-Q-Bin. Once the package exits Japan, it will be assigned a UPS tracking number for final delivery. You can see flat rate pricing (3700 yen) for shipping at check out. We regret that this shipping option is not as economical as Japan Post, so we will be regularly monitoring for new updates and shipping options. If you want to ship with another carrier, please reach out to us.

We hope to offer more regions including Europe & the UK very soon. 

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. However, there may be additional delays depending on customs and your final delivery carrier.

Will there be extra fees upon delivery?

For the USA:
Packages (unfortunately) may have additional fees upon delivery due because of the removal of the de minimis allowance. We recommend checking the UPS tracking link often--there is often a discount for paying prior to delivery. In our experience, there is often a flat fee (~$12) and then a percent based on the country of origin/category of your items (normally ~15-20%). Charges may vary based on the current tariff situation.

For other countries:
Customers are responsible for any additional fees due from customs upon delivery. Please reach out to your local carrier if you'd like more specific information.
