Shipping: Shipment is completed from our store within 7 days of received payment. Shipping method for our orders are by Japan Post. Our current worldwide shipping destinations and options will be shown at check out. 

Any delay in shipment processing from our store will be posted on our website.

Cancellations & Returns: We are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. In the case of any order problems, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of your order. Any refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
